Simply browse our experiences, select one you like, choose your date, and complete the booking. You'll receive an instant digital pass via email and in your account.
How do I use my day pass at the venue?
Show your digital pass (the QR code) at the venue's front desk or reception when you arrive. The staff will scan or verify your pass and grant you access.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes! Each listing has its own cancellation policy displayed on the booking page. Most experiences offer free cancellation 24 hours before your visit. Check the specific listing for details.
Do I need to be a hotel guest to use a day pass?
No — that's the whole point of AddisPass! Our day passes are specifically designed for non-guests to enjoy hotel and venue amenities for the day.
How do I become a partner venue?
Visit our Partner Portal and sign up. Our team will review your application, verify your venue, and help you set up your listings. It's free to join!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, mobile money (Telebirr, CBE Birr), and bank transfers. Payment options may vary by listing.
Can I book for a group?
Absolutely! When booking, you can select the number of guests. Group pricing and capacity limits vary by experience, so check the listing details.
What if the venue is full when I arrive?
All bookings through AddisPass guarantee your spot. Venues reserve capacity specifically for day pass holders, so you'll never be turned away with a valid pass.
